What you are aiming to be for your client. What are those words? These eight words describe my brand perfectly. They not only describe my clients but it describes the work I do for them. These words are the overall themes that I pull from when executing PR. Luxury is at the top of the list. Whether it is the actual brand I am working with or the energy at an event. I always want luxury to be a part of the plan. Professionalism is a must have. I read and reread emails to make sure there are no typos. I aim to never be late and I always try to be over prepared, whether it’s an […]

I Trust In Twitter.

What is your favorite social platform? Instagram is adorable. I love all of the creative and gorgeous images but, Twitter is my absolute favorite. Once you find a contact of interest you can easily follow them and in a way become a part of their network. Twitter is great for connecting people and brands. Are you throwing a public event? Is that How You Say it? Designer Labels.

I wanted to write a fun and educational piece around fashion. A topic that I have had come up a few times is, the mispronunciation of designer label names. While it’s totally not a big deal, why not perfect the name of your dream label? I was able to find a ton of cute pieces and videos online about the correct way to pronounce some of our favorites. Being that most designer brands are French or Italian they don’t sound the way they look. I definitely wouldn’t recommend correcting anyone that pronounces a label the incorrect way. (Unless it’s your bestie!) However, it’s good for a girl to know. Here are my faves? Mostly, French. Are you surprised?! JEAN-PAUL GAULTIER French label. Pronunciation: zhawn pohl GOH-teeay LANVIN French label. Pronunciation: lahn-VAAN HERMES French label. Pronunciation: air-mez GIVENCHY French label. Pronunciation: zhee-vawn-shee CHRISTIAN LOUBOUTIN French label. Pronunciation: KREEST-yahn loo-boo-TAHN BALENCIAGA French […]
